Mentorship rhythm

Session 1, Foundations: intentions, goals, challenges, time management.

Session 2, Growth: spiritual progress, wellbeing, study habits, obstacles.

Session 3, Reflection: lessons learned, transformation, next-stage goals.

Start-of-programme pack

Each student should receive a programme handbook at the start, covering the welcome message, structure, weekly rhythm, expectations, attendance, conduct, mentorship, wellbeing, and certification guidance.

Student expectations

Consistency over perfection.

Students are expected to attend regularly, complete readings or reflections, participate respectfully, and contribute positively to discussions.

Attendance should generally remain within the 75-80% range for certification, with missed sessions followed by notes review, peer support, or instructor follow-up where needed.

The programme encourages balance, not burnout, and recognises that students are also managing work, family, study, and personal commitments.

Long-term impact

A leadership pipeline, not a short course.

After completing the pathway, graduates may grow into assistant teachers, mentors for younger students, community educators, and programme facilitators.

This is one of the strongest reasons to keep the cohort selective and the standards clear: the programme should eventually produce women who can carry it forward with integrity.
